WHO YOU ARE:
Join Teton Ridge as a Linear Copy/Materials Coordinator and play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact television advertising for one of the most exciting brands in Western sports and media. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of receiving, tracking, and preparing commercial copy and materials for air across national, local, paid programming and direct response broadcast platforms. This position is critical in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of spots within tight deadlines. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Review and process commercial copy instructions from advertisers and agencies.
- Coordinate receipt of creative materials (spots) via digital delivery platforms (e.g., Extreme Reach, Media Shuttle, etc.).
- Ensure all commercial assets are QC’d and meet technical and legal standards prior to air.
- Manage and maintain copy/materials and traffic instructions process. From gathering all instructions and assets to input into Wide Orbit and upload to Master Control.
- Communicating with Programming regarding Paid Programming spots and scheduling PP in advance.
- Assign copy to correct spots in the traffic system and reconcile against media schedules.
- Communicate regularly with ad sales, traffic, post-production, and broadcast operations teams.
- Resolve discrepancies in copy instructions, missing materials, or spot conflicts quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in traffic and scheduling systems (WideOrbit).
- Assist with weekly logs, late changes, preempts, and make goods as necessary.
- Monitor air dates and contract requirements to ensure all spots are scheduled appropriately and aired correctly.
- Operate as a backup for Traffic Coordinator as needed.
- Be available after hours in emergency situations when spots are not delivered or missing.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 1–3 years of experience in broadcast traffic, advertising operations, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with Wide Orbit
- Knowledge of digital spot delivery platforms (e.g., Extreme Reach, Media Shuttle, DropBox).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Drive.
- Team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
LOCATION: This position is remote but must be based in the US.
