WHO YOU ARE: 

Teton Ridge is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Client Solutions Coordinator to join our growing Client Solutions team. In this role, you will support the development of pre-sale strategies, with a focus on the creation of strategic proposals and external-facing media plans. You’ll collaborate closely with the Senior Client Solutions Managers, Pricing & Planning, Marketing, and Sales teams to build effective campaigns that help brands achieve their goals through Teton Ridge’s diverse offerings.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Strategic Media Planning: Partner with Senior Client Solutions Managers and cross-functional teams to develop strategic media plans for both prospective and existing Teton Ridge advertisers.
  • Revenue and Pipeline Tracking: Support the Director of Client Solutions and Pricing & Planning in tracking prospective revenue and preparing pipeline reports for senior leadership. 
  • Go-To-Market Plan Developments: Collaborate with programming, marketing, and Pricing & Planning teams to align media plans with network schedules, tentpole events, and content priorities across linear, digital, and live event go-to-market initiatives. 
  • CRM Maintenance: Conduct regular audits of our CRM to ensure campaigns and opportunities are properly built and tracked, while keeping team templates and related process documents up to date. 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • 1-2 years in a digital or linear media environment (i.e. publisher or agency)
  • Experience with strategic media planning, having led planning efforts across the digital media or linear landscape. 
  • ​A strong passion for the Western sports and entertainment industry. 
  • Google product suite, Microsoft Excel, Boostr experience is a plus. 
  • Strong problem solving skills and a detailed, solutions-oriented approach.
  • A collaborative, competitive mindset. A passion for the "collaborative win": hitting/exceeding goals and achieving success with the person to your left and to your right.
  • Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
