WHO YOU ARE

Teton Ridge is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis to join our team. This individual will play a key role in supporting the development of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts, analyzing financial performance against key metrics, and providing data-driven insights to leadership to support critical business decisions. The Senior Analyst will serve as a trusted analytical resource, translating complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Financial Planning & Modeling

  • Supporting the development of long-term financial plans aligned with company goals and objectives
  • Assisting in the annual budgeting process, including revenue and expense forecasting
  • Building and maintaining financial models to evaluate potential business strategies and investments

Performance Analysis and Reporting

  • Tracking financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying variances and analyzing root causes
  • Preparing financial reports and presentations for management, including key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Conducting analysis of business trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to support decision-making

Collaboration & Development

  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide financial insights
  • Supporting the continuous improvement of FP&A processes, tools, and reporting
  • Contributing to a culture of collaboration and data-driven decision making within the team

Decision Support

  • Providing financial analysis and recommendations to support key business initiatives, including new product launches, investments, and cost optimization efforts
  • Assisting with scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling to assess potential risks and opportunities

HOW YOU WILL SUCCEED:

  • Solid understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial modeling techniques
  • Strong analytical capabilities to interpret complex data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions
  • Ability to understand business operations, drivers, and strategic priorities across different departments
  • Strong communication skills to effectively present financial information to management and cross-functional partners
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis or related finance roles
  • Pursuit of or completion of a relevant professional certification (CPA, CFA) is a plus
