WHO YOU ARE

The Brand Marketing Manager, Events & Activations is a contract-to-hire role that brings Teton Ridge's brands to life through live experiences, events, partnerships, and integrated marketing campaigns.

This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll take business and brand priorities, develop activation strategies around them, bring together the right internal and external partners, and manage programs from idea through execution.

Importantly, we view events and activations as a marketing channel, not simply a brand presence. The goal is to create memorable experiences that also drive measurable outcomes, whether that's subscriptions, ticket sales, entries, first-party data capture, or deeper engagement with our brands.

The ideal candidate is a strong marketer and operator who can develop a thoughtful strategy, communicate it clearly, engage stakeholders, and then roll up their sleeves to make it happen.
