Bring the American West to new audiences through smart, data-driven growth marketing.
Teton Ridge is seeking a hands-on and strategic Growth Marketing Manager to drive full-funnel marketing campaigns that grow awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition across our portfolio of Western sports, entertainment, and media properties. You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and know how to balance performance metrics with creative execution. Whether scaling paid media spend, optimizing user journeys, or identifying new growth opportunities, you take initiative, solve problems proactively, and drive measurable results. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Paid Acquisition & Performance Marketing (60%)
- Own and optimize paid media channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, Programmatic, etc.) to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition across multiple business assets.
- Efficiently scale ad spend while maintaining strong ROAS and healthy CAC.
- Implement a full-funnel marketing approach tailored to specific campaign objectives and audience segments—from awareness through retention.
- Develop, test, and iterate on ad creative, copy, and audience targeting strategies.
- Continuously optimize media budgets and bidding strategies based on performance data.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, product, analytics, and engineering teams to improve paid campaign performance—including creative, copy, landing pages, tracking, and conversion flows.
- Work in industries where real-time performance, engagement, and monetization are key - bonus points if you bring experience in streaming, gaming, or ticketed events.
Growth & Funnel Optimization (40%)
- Drive landing page, checkout, and funnel improvements through A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Implement and refine lifecycle marketing strategies, including email and SMS for retargeting and retention.
- Identify and experiment with new growth opportunities across emerging channels and tactics.
- Analyze customer behavior, purchase patterns, and drop-off points to refine acquisition and retention strategies.
- Support the development and management of dashboards that provide clear, actionable marketing insights.
- Present insights and performance trends to senior leadership and contribute to cross-functional strategic planning.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in growth marketing, including building, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or Business Analytics).
- Proven experience managing and scaling paid acquisition campaigns across major ad platforms while hitting ROAS objectives and maintaining profitability.
- Deep understanding of performance marketing principles, including ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
- Ability to succeed in fast-paced, ambiguous environments by taking initiative and driving clarity.
- Proactive, self-starter mindset - comfortable operating independently and making strategic recommendations without waiting for direction.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines across campaigns and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics/GA4.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and lifecycle marketing (email/SMS).
- Ability to clearly communicate complex data to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong grasp of marketing attribution, experimentation, and data analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and marketing analytics tools.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar.
- Deep understanding of A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis.
- Experience in the streaming, gaming, or ticketed events space is a strong plus.
