WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Social Media Execution

  • Lead and contribute to the conceptualization, writing, scheduling, and publishing of high-volume social content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter/X.
  • Ensure content is platform-native, timely, and aligned with brand voice, standards, and goals.
  • Own or support content calendars, publishing workflows, and asset organization across brands.
  • Oversee community engagement and audience interaction to build connection and fandom.

Content Creation & Production

  • Capture high-quality, social-first content using iPhone for photo and video, particularly around live events, talent, and lifestyle moments.
  • Create and or edit short-form 9:16 vertical content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Apply strong judgment around use of trends, UGC, and social audio.
  • Support real-time and live event coverage, including nights and weekends as needed.
  • Create and or modify graphic templates using Photoshop or similar tools to support social and digital needs.

Collaboration & Team Support

  • Act as a senior point of contact for day-to-day execution, supporting and guiding team members as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with broadcast, sales, marketing, and partnerships teams to ensure alignment across campaigns and initiatives.
  • Contribute to improving workflows, processes, and best practices across social and digital operations.

Digital Content & Copywriting

  • Write and edit copy for social, web, and email newsletters.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives, including content-driven campaigns and audience growth efforts.
  • Ensure messaging is cohesive and consistent across platforms.

Performance & Optimization

  • Monitor and analyze content performance across platforms, translating insights into optimization recommendations.
  • Track KPIs related to engagement, growth, reach, and audience sentiment.
  • Test and iterate on creative formats, posting cadence, and platform strategies.
  • Share performance insights and recommendations with leadership.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Proficiency across Meta Business Suite, TikTok for Business, and YouTube Studio.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel and work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and execution-focused mindset.
  • Strong understanding of Western sports, rodeo, and lifestyle culture.
  • Passion for storytelling, fandom-building, and culturally relevant content.
