WHO YOU ARE:
Teton Ridge is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Ad Operations Coordinator (Linear Traffic Coordinator) to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth execution of advertising campaigns across all of our broadcast platforms. You will assist with trafficking ads, managing creative assets, and providing ongoing support for campaign performance and reporting. This position directly reports to the Senior Manager, Advertising Operations. We are looking for someone who has a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. As part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth of our media and advertising operations. 


WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Prepare, build, and finalize daily commercial logs for The Cowboy Channel and The Cowgirl Channel.
  • Schedule commercial spots, paid programming, and program segments using WideOrbit.
  • Coordinate Program Change Notices and ensuring accurate log deadlines for media placements
  • Ensure all content adheres to client instructions, inventory availability, separation rules, and sponsorship requirements.
  • Oversee the timely and accurate completion of reports, including pre/post logs, delivery and liability reports
  • Coordinate live programming with master control and troubleshoot any on-air issues that may arise
  • Maintain Nielsen My Events with actual run times to ensure accurate Nielsen ratings
  • Create and apply formats used to build broadcast days to both scheduled and live programming. Ensure all formats have correct triggers for Master Control 
  • Coordinate with Sales, Ad Operations, Programming, and Master Control teams to resolve conflicts and accommodate late changes.
  • Support the pre- and post-launch QA process for ad creatives, ensuring they are properly formatted and tested for performance
  • Manage and maintain copy/materials and traffic instructions process. From gathering all instructions and assets to input into Wide Orbit and upload to Master Control.
  • Monitor inventory usage and maximize revenue opportunities by optimizing spot placements.
  • Review and apply makegoods, preemptions, and schedule adjustments as necessary.
  • Confirm all logs are delivered to Master Control or Automation systems on schedule & resolve any issues before the playlist goes live.
  • On-call Availability: Due to the nature of live sports events, this position will require availability after hours, including at times weekends and holidays, to address any urgent needs or emergencies that may arise.
  • After-Hours Communication: The role will include checking emails and responding to time-sensitive issues outside of regular office hours when necessary.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
  • 1–3 years of experience in broadcast traffic, log editing, or television operations.
  • Proficiency in WideOrbit (Bonus if you have experience with Mediagenix)
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of commercial copy, break structures, and on-air scheduling practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
